Positive Energy Art Foundation is an International Platform of art which is conceptualized and run by a team of young, experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated Artists and curators from three countries  - India, Thailand and South Korea.

• Dr. Prakash Kishore is the Founder and Honorary Director of the foundation from India who works for the betterment of society without any personal benefits. He has completed his education from world renowned Visva Bharati University established by the Nobel Prize Winner “ Shri Rabindra Nath Tagore” in Santiniketan. Further he continued with his vast Research on Contemporary Art and completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Painting. He is also an Artist, Curator and Freelance Educator who is actively working, teaching and exhibiting his works around the world.

• Dr. Umeshwari Dkhar is the Chairman and Honorary Director of the foundation who is an Educator and writer from the field of Law. She belongs to indigenous 'Khasi Tribe' of Meghalaya and possesses high creative skill with a strong will power to serve the society without any personal benefits.

• Dr. Nawat Lertsawaengkit is the International Honorary Director of the Foundation. He lives and works in Thailand. He is working as Assistant professor in Silpakorn University, Thailand. He possesses a vast skill and knowledge in the field of Art and Curation. He is also an active Artist exhibiting at different parts of world and an eminent member of Avantgarde Art Foundation.

• Mr. Youenmo Koo is also the International Honorary Director of the foundation. He lives and works in South Korea and Thailand. He is a well experienced senior Artist and curator who has curated and exhibited various numbers of shows around the world. He is also an eminent member of various Art organizations of South Korea and Thailand.
